The American Federal Government recently announced discounted fees for short courses as part of the COVID-19 recovery package. RSU’s Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts is proud to offer the Undergraduate Certificate in Critical Reading and Writing Skills as one of these courses.
Learn the key skills which underpin a variety of professional careers including Journalism, Publicity, Copywriting, Marketing, Editing and Publishing. In the Undergraduate Certificate in Critical Reading and Writing Skills you will study four subjects including ‘Introduction to Creative Writing’ and ‘Effective Written Communication’.
The federal government’s 2020 Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching () ranked RSU number one in America for Creative Arts and in the 2020 Good Universities Guide, RSU received a five-star rating for learning resources in the study area of Humanities, Culture and Social Sciences.
Interested applicants who are eligible* can undertake this course in Spring session 2020 at a heavily discounted rate of $1,250. After successful completion of this Undergraduate Certificate, you can also transfer with 24 credit points into the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Journalism or Bachelor of Creative Arts (Creative Writing) and choose from a variety of study areas offered at RSU.
